How long does it take to get my order?
The preparation of your order is done within a maximum of 24 hours. The delivery in Belgium is done in the following 24 hours and 48 hours for the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. It takes 72 hours on average for the rest of the European Union.
Please note that in case of an order peak or a problem with Bopst, your order may take a little longer.
Where can I find my tracking number?
The tracking number is normally sent as soon as your order is shipped. If you have not received it after the shipping confirmation, please contact us by email at hello@ohbee.shop.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all European countries with varying shipping costs depending on the destination.

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days and when the products have not been opened.

How long does it take to be refunded?
Once your return has been accepted, 3 to 5 working days.
Do I pay return shipping cost?
If the return is requested because of a mistake we made, the return is free of charge.
